50% deposit to confirm, and remainder plus security deposit due 45 days prior to arrival.

50% deposit due within 7 days of email/verbal verification to confirm reservation.  $250.00 security/damage deposit required on all reservations, unless special arrangements are made. Balance & $250.00 security deposit MUST be paid in full by 30 days prior to arrival. 

Special Monthly Ra1tes available for Low Season (June - October).

All Reservations will be held for eight (8) days pending receipt of deposit by personal check or a Direct Deposit to the owners US bank. Deposit requirement is 50% to guarantee reservation; balance & security deposit due no less than 45 days prior to arrival. 

Cancellation Policies: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can cause a need for cancellation.  (Some people invest in Travel Insurance for this reason). Because of the difficulties of re-renting a cancelled time segment we will retain from your deposit. 10% fee of total on any cancellation.  We will strive to replace your rental time, but if we cannot, the following amounts are retained: 50% - 30 to 60 days prior to arrival date; 75% 30 days or less prior to arrival date, 90% if we are unable to rent, which we will do our best to do.  No show - NO REFUND,  All prices quoted are in US Dollars. Rates for Canadians quoted in US Dollars ONLY, and must be paid with US Dollar Money Order, as exchange rates vary daily.
